Fitness - Exercise

Team #Fitness. I'm a firm believer that one of the ways of telling your body you love it is through exercising!
I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and also go for jogs in the evening. I just love exercising it makes me feel good! Sometimes gym can get boring so I try t go to classes such as Legs Bum and Tums, Circuit, Yoga etc. I find these are funner methods of keeping fit. Its definitely good to find what kinds of exercise routines you enjoy as its more motivating. So find what you like and stick to it!

  4. Exercising makes you happy as it releases a hormone known as Endorphin which is a natural 'feel good' chemical
  5. Exercise is great for your heart!  
Gym free work out!
  1. Take the stairs
  2. Walk instead of catching the bus (If its doable)
  3. Dance!
  4. Go for a jog!
